Returns path for a specific special folder in system
Passing the name of that folder will return its path
If passing WhichFolder = "All" list of all paths will be returned as 2-dim ANStr

"Desktop", "Favorites", "Fonts", "MyDocuments", "NetHood", "PrintHood", "Programs",
