Calculates number of days for certain quarter, starting from given quarter with offset number of quarters.
QuOffset = -1 to return 1 quarter back
Edit 2024-08-24: Looks like the calculation was wrong, corrected now. Also, now it does not need to pass quarter end date, function will always calculate the quarter from any date in that quarter
